As the nights get darker, it’s imperative that you wear running lights and/or reflective clothing. Even though most of our runs will take place on roads that are mostly lit, we still need to think about safety and “being seen” Any younger members of the club must now run with their parents/carers for their own safety

SPOND

Please continue to use Spond for our runs  – Now the darker nights are here our run leaders need to know who they have in their groups.

FESTIVE 5KM

182 runners have signed up so far, please don’t forget to book on. If you don’t fancy running we always need marshals and helpers to set up on the morning.

MEMBERSHIP

Club member ship is due at the end of January 2023. Fees remain unchanged at £30 for the year, this includes your affiliation to England Athletics, insurance and the general running of the club. Children will be £15 for the year

NORTH STAFFORDSHIRE ROAD RACE ASSOCIATION

We would really like the club to be represented this year. Mat has done a sterling job on our behalf coming first in his group.They host 20 races a year, you only need to run 12. You are in a group based on your ability and times. Please look at website for more info.

November 16th Club Awards evening at Alessi. £5 deposit is now needed. Please bring cash to the next run. Rob M will need menu choices and numbers.
