Don't forget it's our Run Club "Mash up" with our neighbours in orange from Alsager 🧡
Same time, same place but we will be joined by Alsager Runners. We will still have all 5km, 7.5km and 10km routes available, which will be posted on Spond today, followed by chip butties at the club for a £1 so don't forget some coins! All money collected is going to our local charity CRY ♥️
We are also asking members if they would like to bring cakes to share after 🍰🎂 and to wear your club tops 🟢⚫

There's been Club Runs, Couch to 5km, parkruns, Lee's 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣th parkrun at The Wammy, our 1st Sunday Runday but most importantly we had MARATHON'S this weekend!!! 🇬🇧💂🏼♀️🗼🎡
Mat and Charles both completed the iconic London Marathon today, with Charles smashing out a fantastic 41 minute PB!! That's just impressive 🤩 and Mat finally got to run this after numerous attempts and years of trying 🙏🏼
Then we had Emma sneaking off to Blackpool for her first ever Marathon this morning to smash out a sub 5hr, without anyone knowing 🤫 You did it for the girls today Emma 💪🏼 You are an inspiration to us all and come so far since you started running 💚
Well done to everyone who got out this week, whatever you got up to 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻♂️ Now time to rest up ready for next week runners 😅
