Audley Striders RC ‘Couch to 5k’ beginners running course is ideal for newbies. The course is aimed at anyone who doesn’t know where to start with running or those who are returning to exercise after a long break in training.
Working in a group, with a gradual build-up of mileage you will be surprised how much you will achieve during your time with us. The course culminates with a graduation and a certificate for all of our participants, to celebrate the hard work over 10-week course duration.
We tend to find that if people have a goal in the diary to strive towards, then they are more likely to stick to the training plan and achieve something fantastic!
